We recommend arriving in Cartagena on Wednesday March 10 so you can make the most of the activities we’ve planned.
For your arrival, we suggest flying into Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG) in Cartagena. The airport is conveniently located just 15 to 20 minutes from the tourist area, depending on traffic.

Transportation
We recommend taking a taxi from the airport to your lodging. Right outside the airport there’s a kiosk where you can pay a flat fare for a taxi to the historic center.
Uber is our favorite way to get around once you’re in the city!
Cartagena is very small, and both driving and finding parking can be quite difficult. We don’t recommend renting a car.
